We will provide estimated timelines where applicable. Delivery may depend on scope, your responsiveness, and external factors. We do not guarantee specific publication or examination outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for making final decisions on submission and publication, and for complying with journal and institutional requirements.

We provide preparation and advisory support. Acceptance, rejection, or any decision by journals, institutions, or other third parties is entirely their responsibility. We do not guarantee acceptance or any particular result.

Fees are as agreed before work begins. Payment terms (e.g. upfront or staged) will be communicated at the time of engagement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, or for decisions made by third parties.
