Authorship Policy
Authorship is based on genuine scholarly contribution, accountability, applicable criteria, and transparent collaboration.
1. Contribution determines authorship
Authorship must reflect substantial scholarly contribution and responsibility under the criteria applicable to the discipline and target journal. Where relevant, contributors should review ICMJE recommendations and the journal’s own rules.
2. No purchased authorship
Authorship and author order reflect actual scholarly contribution and applicable journal criteria. Service fees cover only agreed services; they do not purchase an author position.
3. Contributor discussion
Collaborators should discuss roles, expected contributions, authorship criteria, order, corresponding-author responsibilities, and approval early, then revisit decisions if contributions change.
4. Accountability and disclosure
Every named author should review and approve the final manuscript, take responsibility for their contribution, disclose relevant conflicts, and follow journal requirements. Acknowledgment is not a substitute for authorship criteria and should be used with consent.
5. Concerns
Disagreements should first be addressed transparently among contributors and relevant institutions or journals. Use the website contact form or WhatsApp to raise concerns about services.
