The website quote form collects inquiry details and is not a secure research-document upload facility. Server-side validation and spam controls should be maintained in the form handler. Do not expose credentials, API keys, or client information in public code or URLs.
4. Providers and storage
The website host and Google Apps Script process website form submissions. WhatsApp processes information when you use that platform. Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices. Sensitive documents should not be placed in public directories.
5. Incident response
If a suspected incident affects client information, access should be contained, relevant records preserved, and affected parties notified as appropriate and required by applicable law. 6. Review
No security audit, certification, insurance, or absolute protection is claimed. Security practices are reviewed as the website and service processes change.
