Terms and Conditions

Terms for Zenith Academia website use and research-support engagements, including written scope and responsibilities.

1. Service-specific agreement

Before payment, a quotation or service agreement should identify the service, scope, deliverables, exclusions, fees, payment schedule, milestones, estimated timeline, client responsibilities, included revisions, cancellation and refund terms, and confidentiality or intellectual-property terms as applicable. Website descriptions do not replace a service-specific agreement.

2. Review and approval

Clients must have a reasonable opportunity to review the quotation and terms before paying. Silence or an unclear conversation is not acceptance of material terms. Accepted quotations, approvals, and agreed changes should be recorded.

3. Company responsibilities

Zenith Academia is responsible for delivering the services and deliverables expressly agreed, subject to scope, client cooperation, and lawful limitations. If a problem arises, we will communicate it and make reasonable efforts to complete or remedy the agreed work. This responsibility is not removed by third-party disclaimers.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information, genuine research materials, necessary permissions, relevant instructions, and timely feedback. We will communicate when missing information or delayed responses materially affect delivery and agree on material schedule changes where reasonably possible.

5. Independent decisions

Journals, reviewers, publishers, indexing organizations, HEC, PMDC, and CPSP make decisions independently. Acceptance, publication, indexing, recognition, and authorship decisions are made by independent journals, authorities, and contributors. This does not excuse a failure to deliver work Zenith Academia expressly promised.

6. Changes, fees, and payment

Material changes to fees, scope, deadlines, or deliverables must be communicated and agreed in writing. No material additional charge or reduction in promised deliverables should be imposed unilaterally. Payment methods, amounts, and milestones are set out in the written quotation or agreement and must be agreed before payment.

7. Integrity, ownership, and AI

Clients retain ownership of their research data and materials unless a separate written agreement lawfully provides otherwise. Support must comply with academic integrity and relevant journal or institutional rules. AI may assist with workflow or literature screening when appropriate, and a person reviews outputs. Client materials are shared with external services or subcontractors only with prior authorization. Any relevant use and required disclosure must be agreed and comply with applicable policies.

8. Complaints, termination, and law

Either party may end an engagement under its written agreement. Completed work, unstarted milestones, and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing here waives non-waivable legal protections.
