Complaints and Dispute Resolution

How to raise a service complaint and how Zenith Academia reviews concerns about agreed work.

1. Raising a complaint

Contact Zenith Academia through the website contact form or official WhatsApp route. Describe the project, agreed scope, relevant dates, and the issue. Include only information reasonably necessary for review.

2. Review process

We will review the written quotation, communications, deliverables, and relevant payment or milestone records fairly. We will explain any clarification needed and communicate the proposed response. A complaint will not be rejected merely because it is inconvenient or because a third party is involved.

3. Remedy and delivery

Where the company has not delivered an agreed obligation, we will consider appropriate completion, correction, or refund under the agreement and Refund Policy. Third-party editorial decisions do not remove responsibility for work Zenith Academia expressly agreed to provide.

4. Escalation

If the concern remains unresolved, the parties may discuss a mutually acceptable resolution or use a process available under the written agreement and applicable law. Specific deadlines and external complaint channels depend on the applicable process.

5. Records and privacy

Complaint information is used to investigate, communicate, and maintain appropriate records, subject to the Privacy and Confidentiality Policies.
