Refund Policy

A fair refund policy covering undelivered work, unresolved service failures, cancellations, and duplicate payments.

Our delivery commitment

Zenith Academia (Private) Limited is responsible for delivering the services and deliverables agreed with the client. If the company fails to deliver what was expressly promised, the client may request an appropriate refund under this policy. If an agreed service is not delivered at all due to the company, the amount paid for that undelivered service will be refunded, subject to applicable law.

1. When a refund may be requested

A client may request a refund if an agreed service is not provided, a promised deliverable is missing and not remedied, delivered work materially differs from the written scope, the company fails to complete contracted work for which it is responsible, or a charge is made for a service not provided. Where appropriate, minor issues may first be addressed by correction or completion. This does not remove the right to a refund if the underlying failure remains unresolved.

2. Agreed terms and payments

The written quotation or agreement identifies the scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and material conditions before work begins. Material terms must be clearly communicated and accepted before payment. Payment alone does not establish acceptance of terms that were not clearly communicated.

3. Milestones, cancellation, and completed work

Refunds are assessed against the written agreement and the work completed. Work already delivered is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A client may request a refund for a paid milestone that has not started. Any non-refundable third-party cost must have been disclosed and agreed in advance and cannot excuse company non-performance.

4. Duplicate payments

Verified duplicate payments will be returned. The client should provide transaction details needed to identify the duplicate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Journal rejection and third-party outcomes

Journal rejection, delay, a change in indexing, or an independent editorial decision alone does not establish a refund entitlement because Zenith Academia does not control those decisions. This does not limit the client’s rights if Zenith Academia failed to deliver an agreed service.

6. Request and review

Submit a request through the website contact form or official WhatsApp route. Include the agreed service, payment date and amount, transaction reference, issue, and relevant written scope. We will review the quotation, messages, payment record, and milestone status and explain the outcome.

7. Processing details

An approved refund will be returned through the original payment method where practical or another method agreed with the client. Processing time depends on the payment provider; we will communicate an estimate when confirming a refund. Refund amounts and any payment charges are handled under the written agreement and applicable law. Nothing in this policy waives legal rights. Complaints may also be raised under the Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy.
