General Services
Scopus Quartiles
What do Q1–Q4 mean?
Quartiles describe a journal position within a particular subject category, metric, source, and reporting year. They are not universal or permanent labels.
Can you help identify a suitable Q1 journal?
We can assess manuscript fit and review journal status against its relevant source and reporting context.
PMDC-Related Publication Requirements
Is Scopus indexing the same as PMDC recognition?
No. Scopus indexing, HEC classification, and PMDC recognition are distinct. Check the exact requirement with its applicable official source.
Will you confirm my publication meets a professional requirement?
We can review the stated requirement and available official information, but the responsible institution or authority determines whether it is satisfied.
CPSP-Related Requirements
Are CPSP publication rules the same for everyone?
Requirements may differ by program, training, examination, and institutional context. Provide the specific applicable guidance for review.
Can you promise a journal is accepted for CPSP?
No claim is made without checking the requirement and applicable source. Final recognition is determined by the relevant authority.
Research Writing
Will you write research to submit as my own?
We support the researcher’s own work through planning, structure, editing, and communication. We do not facilitate deceptive ghostwriting or fabricated research.
Do you create references or findings?
No. Sources must be real and verifiable; data and research findings must be genuine.
Thesis and Dissertation Support
Can you complete my thesis for me?
Support must follow institutional rules and preserve the student’s responsibility for research, interpretation, and academic decisions.
Do you provide official supervisor approval?
No. Review or editing is not university examination, supervisor approval, or degree certification.
Review Papers
Is every literature review systematic?
No. A review is described as systematic only when documented systematic methods have actually been used.
Statistical Analysis
Which methods and software can be used?
Possible support includes descriptive statistics, tests, regression, ANOVA, PCA, factor analysis, SEM where appropriate, and SPSS, R, or Python. Fit depends on design and data.
Can you ensure statistically significant results?
No. Methods and reporting should be appropriate and transparent; statistical significance depends on the data and analysis and cannot be determined in advance.
OJS and Journal Development
Does OJS setup result in indexing?
Installation or configuration does not by itself confer indexing, DOI registration, or recognition.
Co-authorship and Research Collaboration
Can I pay for an author position?
No. Authorship depends on genuine contribution and applicable criteria; author positions are not bought or sold.
Are collaboration openings currently available?
Only verified opportunities will be announced. You can register your interests if none are listed.
Confidentiality
How are documents handled?
Information is handled for legitimate service purposes with appropriate access. Specific retention and deletion periods require confirmation and should be agreed before sharing sensitive files.
Payments and Refunds
Is a journal rejection refundable?
Journal rejection alone does not establish a refund entitlement because journal decisions are independent. This does not limit a refund where Zenith Academia fails to deliver an agreed service.
How can I request a refund?
Use the contact form or WhatsApp and provide the service, payment details, agreed scope, and the issue. The Refund Policy explains how the request is reviewed.
