Service Delivery Policy
Explains scoping, written quotations, milestones, client responsibilities, delivery review, and remedies.
1. Scope before payment
Before accepting payment, the service scope, deliverables, exclusions, fee, payment milestones, estimated schedule, client responsibilities, revisions, cancellation, and refund terms should be communicated clearly in writing.
2. Starting work
Work begins after the client has had a reasonable opportunity to review and accept the written quotation and any agreed initial payment. Silence or unclear communication is not acceptance of material terms.
3. Delivery and review
Zenith Academia will provide the deliverables expressly agreed and communicate material issues. The client should review the work and provide timely, specific feedback within the period and revision limits set out in the agreement.
4. Changes and delays
Material scope, fee, deliverable, or deadline changes require communication and written agreement. If missing inputs or delayed feedback affect a schedule, the parties should discuss a reasonable adjustment rather than silently changing obligations.
5. Completion and remedies
If a promised deliverable is omitted or materially inconsistent with the agreed scope, the company should address the issue where appropriate. Unresolved company-caused non-delivery may qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.
6. External dependencies
Journal and authority decisions, hosting availability, and third-party timelines are not controlled by Zenith Academia. This limit does not remove responsibility for the services the company itself promised.
