Clarifies third-party platforms, journals, databases, and authorities while preserving responsibility for our own work.
1. Independent organizations
Journals, publishers, editors, reviewers, indexing databases, HEC, PMDC, CPSP, universities, hosting providers, communication platforms, and payment processors operate independently and may change their rules or services.
2. Status and decisions
Third-party indexing, quartile, classification, recognition, acceptance, and eligibility decisions are outside Zenith Academia’s control. Claims should be verified from applicable sources at a recorded date.
3. Platform processing
When a client uses WhatsApp or another external service, that provider may process information under its own terms. Zenith Academia does not control the provider’s systems, availability, or privacy practices.
4. Our own commitments remain
This disclaimer does not excuse Zenith Academia from delivering the consultation, analysis, editing, technical work, or other deliverables it expressly agreed to provide. Concerns about agreed work may be raised under the Complaints and Refund Policies.
